Brandon McNally
Managing Partner & Founder
Brandon is the Founder and Managing Partner of Northward Partners, partnering with private capital sponsors and portfolio leadership teams to build durable, high-performing organizations. With a background as an operating partner, CEO, CFO, and board advisor, he focuses on strengthening leadership capacity, building scalable operating models, and creating managerial bandwidth. He holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting and credentials including Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Certified Scrum Master.
Jessica Haberer
Managing Partner, Accounting Services
Jessica brings over 20 years of accounting and financial leadership experience across professional services, nonprofit, real estate, and SaaS organizations. She leads a high-performing team focused on delivering timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights through outsourced accounting, fractional CFO support, and audit-readiness services. She holds a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from West Virginia University.
Tony Martinich
Director, Accounting Services
Tony is a seasoned finance and accounting executive with over 20 years of experience guiding growth-oriented companies through strategic financial leadership and technical expertise. He provides fractional CFO and Controller services and technical accounting support for complex transactions, including business combinations, lease accounting, and revenue recognition. He has worked across a range of industries including SaaS, construction, government contracting, and professional services. Tony's passion for accounting fuels his ability to connect financial data to strategy, operations, and risk management. His industry experience spans software, healthcare, real estate, nonprofits, and professional services, with a current focus on supporting high-growth and tech-driven companies.
Adam Haberer
General Counsel & Director of Legal Outsourcing
A graduate of Pepperdine School of Law (2006), Adam serves as Northward Partners' General Counsel with nearly twenty years of corporate legal experience. His expertise spans board governance, contract negotiation and drafting, employment law, outside counsel liaison, and data privacy compliance. Adam is barred in California and brings specialized expertise in CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, HIPAA, and DOD privacy requirements — having served as General Counsel for cybersecurity firms and Senior Legal Counsel at a German company. He is also available to NWP clients for consulting on legal matters, from contract redlining and negotiations to building legal processes that streamline the path from lead to signed contract.
Priscilla Simpson, MS
Senior Manager, Accounting Services
Priscilla is a results-driven accounting professional with over a decade of experience leading financial operations, system transformations, and accounting delivery across not-for-profit and commercial organizations. Prior to Northward Partners, she served as a Manager at Cherry Bekaert Advisory. She brings deep experience across Sage Intacct, BILL, and QuickBooks Online. She holds a Master of Accounting from Queens College.
Amanda Ewers, CPA
Partner, Accounting Services
Amanda leads outsourced controllership and accounting advisory services, partnering with private equity firms, portfolio companies, and corporate clients to strengthen financial foundations and enable scalable growth. Prior to Northward Partners, she served as Director of Finance & Accounting at E78 Partners and began her career at Ernst & Young. She holds a Master of Accounting and BBA from James Madison University.
Logan Hutson
Partner, FP&A and Transaction Advisory
Logan leads Financial Planning & Analysis and transaction advisory/M&A initiatives at Northward Partners. He specializes in building scalable FP&A frameworks, developing integrated financial models tied to key operational drivers, and translating complex data into clear, actionable intelligence. He holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
Sara Cruz
Executive Assistant
Sara is an experienced operations and executive support professional with over 20 years of experience in sales leadership, client service, and administration. Prior to joining Northward Partners as Executive Assistant, she spent 19 years at Liberty Mutual Insurance in progressive leadership and operational roles. Known for her strong organizational skills, collaborative approach, and ability to bring structure to complex environments, Sara holds a B.A. in Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
