With nearly 15 years of experience in the field as a board member and advisor, chief executive, and operating partner, he has become a respected figure in the industry and a trusted advisor to his colleagues and clients.
His efforts will help serve our clients with projects like operational transformation, financial clean-ups, value creation realization, creating and deploying strategic and tactical operating plans for enterprises, identifying organizational resource infrastructure gaps, and finding ways to tell a company’s story and maximize enterprise value.
Brandon holds an mba in finance, accounting, organizational leadership & design and a baa in business management from oklahoma christian university. He holds a bsba in accounting from Oklahoma State University.
Brandon’s unique qualifications include being a certified scrum master and a lean six sigma master black belt.
He also holds professional certifications and designations in financial modeling and valuation, business valuation, business intelligence and data transformation, capital markets & securities, m&a, executive coaching, and project management.
Prior to founding Northward Partners, Dan established E78 Partners' first ever Data Services department. This department, headed by Dan, was tasked with helping businesses to simplify and integrate complex data generated by siloed applications.
Dan has developed Business Intelligence and Analytical solutions that range from templated applications that work with well- known accounting systems to custom solutions for multinational entities. His experience includes establishing a global BI solution for a Fortune 200 organization across 12 countries. A decade of challenging manufacturing & supply chain experience affords his clients practical business acumen while leveraging technology to solve the most complex problems that are holding their company back.
He has previously held titles of Sr Manager of Global Database Administration for Rackspace, Inc., Director of Enterprise Applications, VP of Sales & Operations, SAP BI Global Lead, President & Co-founder of a residential design/build firm, Business Analyst, IT manager, and Systems Architect roles.
Motivational and level-headed leader driven to sales and customer success. Absolute mastery of business processes and improving efficiencies in business. Broad experience and exposure in ERP & CRM software space. Personally involved in excess of 200 system conversions during career, utilizing project management, implementation, and training skills.
Founded Advanced Business Systems, LLC (ABS) as majority owner (Jan 1999) to represent award‐winning Navision Software which originated in Copenhagen, Denmark and had only recently become available in US. Following acquisition of Navision by Microsoft, ABS won Microsoft's President's Club and Inner Circle Awards. Experience in implementing and supporting customized business systems in Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Oil Field Service, Professional Service organizations, commodity brokers, non‐profit and religious entities. Oversaw implementation of Traction/EOS business management methodology at ABS and successfully sold ABS in 2020 and assisted during the post-sale transition.
Chip Gabriel recently joined Northward Partners as a Business Consultant where he gets to share his two decades of experience in leading and guiding organizations through challenge and change. He specializes in managing manufacturing and fulfillment operations, driving cost and process improvements, strategic planning, and business turnarounds. Prior to his corporate career, Chip served as an officer and paratrooper in the United States Army. After the Army, Chip earned his MBA at Georgetown University and went on to strategic planning, marketing, product management, business operations, and general management roles at Eaton, CRH, and Amazon. When not busy engaging with clients, you can find Chip and his family hiking, skiing, and enjoying Colorado.
With over 25 years of expertise encompassing information technology, operations, project management, process automation, business development, and leadership, Stephen Tomasco brings a wealth of experience. He has lent his skills as a management consultant to numerous startups and Fintech companies. In his previous roles, Stephen has held positions such as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Tammac Holdings Corporation, Chief Information Officer (CIO) Consultant at ACC Consumer Finance, Vice President (VP) of Technology and Operations at PPR Note Co., and Senior Vice President (SVP) of Technology at Flagship Credit Acceptance.
Stephen holds a Master of Science degree in Information Science from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from LaSalle University.
