Jessica Haberer brings over 20 years of accounting and financial leadership experience across professional services, nonprofit, real estate, and SaaS organizations. As Managing Director of Accounting Services at Northward Partners, LLC, she leads a high-performing team focused on delivering timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights through outsourced accounting, fractional CFO support, and audit-readiness services.

Jessica’s expertise spans multi-entity accounting, GAAP compliance, system implementations, financial planning, and process improvement. She is particularly skilled at helping organizations navigate periods of transition—whether that means catch-up and cleanup work, scaling operations, or building an internal finance function from the ground up. Her emphasis on clean, audit-ready financials provides clients with confidence and control as they grow.

Known for her practical leadership style and collaborative approach, Jessica partners closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals. She is valued for her ability to bring order to complexity and deliver financial clarity that enables confident, informed decision-making.

Jessica holds a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from West Virginia University.

Amanda leads outsourced controllership and accounting advisory services for Northward Partners, partnering with private equity firms, portfolio companies, and corporate clients to strengthen financial foundations and enable scalable growth. She is an accomplished finance and accounting leader known for delivering strategic, execution-oriented solutions that improve reporting integrity, operational efficiency, and decision-making.

With extensive experience in senior leadership roles, Amanda has a proven track record of optimizing accounting operations, accelerating close cycles, and enhancing financial transparency in complex, fast-growing organizations. Her deep expertise within private equity–backed environments allows her to design and implement tailored financial strategies that align with investment theses and operational objectives.

Prior to joining Northward Partners, LLC as a Partner, Amanda served as Director of Finance & Accounting at E78 Partners (formerly 9Gauge Partners), where she led advisory engagements across accounting transformation, M&A support, and portfolio company operations. She began her career at Ernst & Young, where she advanced to Manager, advising clients across a range of industries.

Amanda is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and holds both a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from James Madison University.

 Priscilla  is a dynamic, results-driven accounting professional with over a decade of experience leading financial operations, system transformations, and accounting delivery across both not-for-profit and commercial organizations. 

As Senior Manager of Bookkeeping & Outsourced Accounting at Northward Partners, Priscilla  leads day-to-day accounting delivery, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and consistent execution for clients.

Prior to joining Northward Partners, she served as a Manager at Cherry Bekaert Advisory, where she led high-impact accounting initiatives, streamlined close cycles, and implemented U.S. GAAP standards to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. She is known for her strong technical foundation, hands-on leadership style, and ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.

She brings deep experience across industry-standard accounting systems, including Sage Intacct, BILL, and QuickBooks Online. Her leadership ensures that client finance functions operate smoothly, remain audit-ready, and scale effectively as organizations grow by providing a reliable financial foundation to support sound decision-making.

 Priscilla holds a Master of Accounting from Queens College.

 Logan leads Financial Planning & Analysis and transaction advisory/M&A initiatives at Northward Partners. He partners closely with executive teams and investors to deliver forward-looking financial insights that support growth strategy, capital planning, and mergers and acquisitions decision-making.

He specializes in building scalable FP&A frameworks, developing integrated financial models tied to key operational drivers, and translating complex data into clear, actionable intelligence. His analytical approach supports disciplined forecasting, scenario planning, and deal execution, helping leadership teams make confident, data-driven decisions across all stages of the business lifecycle.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
